ドイツ滞在25日間での20GB

昨年の３～４月には同じくドイツ滞在（13日間）で10GBをすでに使った経験があったので、今回は滞在も長いので20GBにしました。滞在した友人宅にはWi-Fiが無いのですが、毎日のニュースや友人とのSNSやり取り（動画メッセージ含む）やネットでの電話（複数回）には十分のデータ量でした。通信の速度も快適で、空港や鉄道内でのWi-Fiと比べてもかなり良かったです。

最初が大変だった

イスタンブール空港経由でヨーロッパに行ったのですが、空港で使えませんでした。原因は設定していたアドレス?みたいなものが違かったからでした。日本でしっかり動画も見ながら設定したのに使えなくて泣きそうでした。イスタンブール空港は1時間しかFreeWi-fi使えないので、その1時間のうちに問い合わせをしました。返信は3-4時間程度できましたが、トランジェットの際にスマホが使えないのはほんとにキツかったです。
現地に着いた時にしか、その設定法であっていたかどうか分からないので、設定時の最終確認の項目をもっと細かく、具体的にして欲しいのと、Q&Aを充実させて、どんな問題にも事前に対応できるように、知っておくことができるようにして欲しい。具体的にはもし繋がらなかった場合、この操作を行ってください的なのを増やす。また、任意で設定終了した画面をスクショして、その画像をそちらで確認してもらい、設定があっているかどうかを国内にいるうちに確認できるようにするとかして欲しい
